Exchange Option: Didn't quite fit right? If you'd like to exchange your item for another size, it's completely free! 

Return Option: If you prefer a refund instead, $7.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, simply complete the process on our website. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label to send back your merchandise hassle-free.

Processing Time: Please allow us up to 7-10 business days to process your return once we receive the item. We promise to work as swiftly as we can while ensuring each return is handled with care.

Return Condition: For us to accept your return, the item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We want to ensure that every piece we offer remains as beautiful and pristine as the day it found its way to you. If you return any items without their tags, you are not eligible for a refund.
