Eligibility: If you have made a purchase at any of our Nati Boutique stores, you are eligible for an exchange within 10 days of the purchase date at a Nati location. To proceed with an exchange, you must present proof of purchase, either in the form of an email receipt or a printed receipt. Additionally, the item must have all the original tags attached.Â
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please visit a Nati Boutique location. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to assist you. Simply present your proof of purchase and the item you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and help you find a suitable replacement from our wide range of trendy fashion and accessories. At this time, orders placed online in Canada are not eligible for exchange.
